So we have another late review, but don't worry, I don't have school for the summer so~ maybe less late stuff. Anyways, this is Bandai Creation's (Bandai of America) Burning Godzilla from Godzilla vs Detoroyah or Destroyer. It's a fantastic movie with it's red spiral beam.
Figure
I really like this one, the tail is curved up for fitting into the box. The paint is nicely applied and it's just great overall. It has that Heisei look. The Orange and yellow paint is nicely applied and it has the look of flames.
The claws have that "groping" or "clawing" look. So it looks nicer than the relaxed hands of the Movie Monster Series Godzilla by BOJ.
The eyes are still derpy but they look better from other angles. It is still ultimately better sculpted in the face than the other one.
From the side it just looks fantastic. The teeth are painted and the tongue is painted red.
The legs are articulated at the hip and the hands go in and out. The head also rotates and it can be posed nicely.
Dislikes and Would Likes
Nothing much, just some white paint on the fins of the tail.
Overall
Overall it just looks great, you can also do a simple repaint so it passes off as regular Godzilla, it's also great to play with. It's around 6 inches so it will stand nicely with your other 6" Figures, it's also pretty affordable and found in Toys R Us.
